Novomove Administered Services

Refund Within 24 Hours
Novomove offers full refunds, excluding transaction fees (credit card, wire transfer, etc.), for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase.

No Refunds After 24 Hours
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after the 24-hour period.

Performance-Based Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with a Novomove-administered service (such as Visa Support or Rental Search Assistance) and can present reasonable evidence of poor performance caused by Novomove, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will exclude any incurred costs such as transaction fees or expenses related to the delivery of the service. All claims must be submitted within 60 days of purchase, and the final decision on whether a refund is granted, as well as the amount, is at Novomove’s discretion.

Visa Application Denial
If a client’s visa application is denied, Novomove does not provide any refunds. We strive to offer the best possible advice and assistance, but approval decisions are made solely by the government or consulate.

Visa Service Cancellation
If a client decides not to use Novomove’s visa service, we are happy to issue a full refund, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, refunds will not be available.

Partner Services

If you are unsatisfied with a service provided by a Novomove-referred partner vendor, we will refund the Novomove service fee (if applicable), excluding any transaction fees such as credit card or international wire transfer fees. A refund claim must be submitted within 30 days of purchasing the service, along with reasonable evidence demonstrating poor performance by the partner. Novomove reserves the right to determine if the provided evidence justifies a refund.

For services where Novomove did not collect a fee and simply recommended a provider, no refunds will be issued. In such cases, Novomove only provided a recommendation and is not responsible for third-party vendor performance.
